  • What is the process for building a custom home with your team?

    Glad you asked! We do things a little differently at NPDB.  Instead of assigning “budgets” (that most people go over on) we have a complete design contract before you sign the construction contract. That means that you as the homeowner work with our designer and make all of your selections before we sign the construction contract. This way the homeowner knows the price of construction is before you sign the construction contract.

  • How do you ensure quality throughout the construction process?

    We have curated a team of sub-contractors over the years that are like family to us. They know the high standards we expect, and they always deliver. To ensure quality work is always being performed our Project Manager is on site daily. We pride ourselves on staying organized, so the building process is as seamless as possible. 

  • What warranties do you offer on your homes?

    We go by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders standards and offer a warranty that covers materials, workmanship and mechanical issues for one year. We also offer an optional third-party structural warranty to our homeowners.

  • Can you provide references or testimonials?

    Yes, all of our reviews are from real customers that have used us. If any future clients would like to speak to past clients, we are happy to connect them with the homeowners that have given us permission to share their information.
