We had an excellent experience with NPDB! We did a massive nine-month renovation on a newly purchased home including moving walls, raising ceilings, redoing plumbing and electrical… the works. Whitney‘s eye for design and attention to detail are extremely high-level and both she and Jensen are an absolute pleasure to work with. We love the team at North Point Design & Build! Starting a major renovation can be a bit scary but Jensen and Whitney along with their team of skilled craftsmen came through with everything they promised. This review has been a long time coming, but let me start by saying we are so pleased with our experience with North Point Design + Build. They provided excellent service & quality work for a massive, 4500 sq. ft. renovation of our home on Lake Lanier.

After a devastating pipe burst left all three floors, and every room but two, with water damage, we were in dire need of a reliable construction company with a great reputation to rebuild and restore our property. We were fortunate to come across North Point Design + Build, and from the first interaction to the completion of the project, they exceeded our expectations. A few things are essential to me when I'm choosing a company to work with:

* Underpromise and over-deliver.
* Do what you say you're going to do.
* Show up on time.

They were consistent with all three.

From a design aspect, Whitney was excellent in helping us make design selections based on the look and design we loved. We wanted to keep some aspects of the existing design and then update the kitchen, and somehow, my husband snuck a golf simulator room into the project. With such an extensive reno, there were so many decisions to be made, and we could not have done it without her. She was wonderful!

When it came to the construction and rebuild process, Jensen was great in communicating the timeline for the project and what was happening from week to week. North Point Design + Build has assembled a fantastic group of vendors/ sub contractors who delivered on their promises. From the cabinetry company to the painters to the electricians, it was refreshing to work with consistently punctual and dependable professionals. The reliability helped put us at ease.

North Point Renovations recently completed the conversion of a basement to a living area for my husband and I that exceeded our expectations. We wanted a complete buildout which required a new kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, a hidden pantry, multi-purpose room and a patio. Jensen and Whitney listened closely to what we were hoping to accomplish, assessed the space, and provided us with various design options. There were several phases to this project and both Whitney and Jensen exhibited a high level of professionalism at all times. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and have great vision. Whitney provided her expertise throughout every detail of the design process including flooring, selection of appliances, color scheme, etc. She has impeccable taste. Jensen is a great contractor. He is nimble, provided frequent updates, and was always enthusiastic. Jensen and Whitney are committed to their work which allows them to be a great team. It was a pleasure working with them both. North Point Renovations did a remodel on our whole house.  There are  many contractors out there but let me tell you why North Point Renovations should be your go to.  Whitney and Jensen are a team in all senses of the word.  When we contacted them I had lots of ideas but no cohesive design at all.  I knew I wanted to expand our kitchen with thoughts of blowing out walls and shiplap.  They listened and helped me to refine my ideas and see what was realistic.   Whitney was extremely helpful in picking out tile, countertops, carpet for upstairs, and stain for our hardwood floors.  She listened carefully to my at times confused thoughts and talked me through ideas to help me find a cohesive, beautiful, and timeless design that I am in love with.  Jensen is the kind of contractor that everyone is looking for.  To begin with, he is organized.  He helped me order all of my appliances, tile, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures early so everything would be ready to go when we got started.  Once we started our renovation, Jensen called DAILY to update us on progress and any issues that arose.  He always welcomed all of my questions and concerns, and addressed everything head on as quickly as possible.  Throughout the process it was a team effort and he never let me feel otherwise.  Our project was finished just before Thanksgiving but Jensen has checked in repeatedly to make sure we are still happy with everything.  Honestly, you just can't find that dedication much anymore. Jensen and his team were amazing.  We remodeled our master bathroom, down to studs.    The quality of there work was over the top, down to the last detail.  All of the team were so professional, on time, pleasant and respectful.  Jensen was responsive both by phone and text and made his team available whenever necessary!
