North Point [Design + Build] did a remodel on our whole house. There are many contractors out there but let me tell you why North Point [Design + Build] should be your go to. Whitney and Jensen are a team in all senses of the word. When we contacted them I had lots of ideas but no cohesive design at all. I knew I wanted to expand our kitchen with thoughts of blowing out walls and shiplap. They listened and helped me to refine my ideas and see what was realistic. Whitney was extremely helpful in picking out tile, countertops, carpet for upstairs, and stain for our hardwood floors. She listened carefully to my at times confused thoughts and talked me through ideas to help me find a cohesive, beautiful, and timeless design that I am in love with. Jensen is the kind of contractor that everyone is looking for. To begin with, he is organized. He helped me order all of my appliances, tile, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures early so everything would be ready to go when we got started. Once we started our renovation, Jensen called DAILY to update us on progress and any issues that arose. He always welcomed all of my questions and concerns, and addressed everything head on as quickly as possible. Throughout the process it was a team effort and he never let me feel otherwise. Our project was finished just before Thanksgiving but Jensen has checked in repeatedly to make sure we are still happy with everything. Honestly, you just can’t find that dedication much anymore. We’ll be using him again when we tackle the basement. I highly recommend them!

North Point [Design + Build] recently completed the conversion of a basement to a living area for my husband and I that exceeded our expectations. We wanted a complete buildout which required a new kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, a hidden pantry, multi-purpose room and a patio. Jensen and Whitney listened closely to what we were hoping to accomplish, assessed the space, and provided us with various design options. There were several phases to this project and both Whitney and Jensen exhibited a high level of professionalism at all times. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and have great vision. Whitney provided her expertise throughout every detail of the design process including flooring, selection of appliances, color scheme, etc. She has impeccable taste. Jensen is a great contractor. He is nimble, provided frequent updates, and was always enthusiastic. Jensen and Whitney are committed to their work which allows them to be a great team. It was a pleasure working with them both. We love our new space.
